    • Description

    All natrual coconut coir fiber is plentiful and sustainable. Woven into sheets and cut to fit standard 1010 or 1020 nursery trays, coco coir makes a great growing medium for microgreens, wheatgrass and barleygrass. The grow mats are held together with a tiny amount of natural rubber to keep shape. These mats can be composted but the toughness of the coconut fiber requires extra composting time to fully decompose. INSTRUCTIONS: for best results pre-soak in the tray for several hours before seeding. Pour off excess water so water line is below the top of the mat. Seed and mist the seeds with a spray bottle. Water as needed.
